Domain Authority Explained
Domain Authority (DA) is a point scale out of 100 for your website, this is determined by analysing Google’s algorithm and website performance generated results with Google search.
It’s easy to grow your domain from 10 to 30 but pushing to get a higher DA to compete with your best performing competitors becomes difficult. To grow a domain authority to over 50 would take a tremendous amount of work. The best way to look at your required DA is to analyse your competitors and start the work to obtain a higher DA for your own website. A DA can take weeks to months to increase so it is quite a commitment but in the end your high DA usually increase your Google search ranking.
